心得與花絮

一、課程成果

    1.學生透過社區參訪進行社區觀光資源盤點,提供社區旅遊規劃及各種企劃活動行銷之建議。

    2.根據心得報告,參與學生表示收穫很多。除了由教師的介紹了解文創、社區發展、行銷理論,另一方面也透過以小組方式進行社區居民訪談、文化資產盤點,了解發展困境及機會。並在實際實施後了解理論與實務的落差,再經由分享討論提出改進措施。

    3.全部課程以英語為主要溝通工具,台灣及國際生在課堂學習中以英文互動,分享經驗,同時增進自己的跨文化英語溝通能力。

「Before going to the community, I have learned abundant knowledge of marketing from professors. 「Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large. 」 what makes marketing interesting is that there's no right answer to the question, what you should do is using your creativity, combine with practical thinking, plus some psychology knowledges and execution thoroughly, and see what will happen. It is important for us to use those concept and knowledge to figure out what events or plan we should execute to help the community to overcome their situation of being poor and aging. That workshop held by the professor Yang is also helpful to think out of the box and in the end of the class, we have come up with a plan that I never thought about. 」
